Un viejo aviador con su biplano en tierra añorando vuelos pasados... los protagonistas recurren a sus servicios aéreos... ya en vuelo son perseguidos y tragados por una tormenta de arena con rasgos humanos... es el último vuelo.
La foto es el momento en que el gran protagonista confirma la muerte del viejo aviador, un personaje sin importancia en la película... esa cara de felicidad, de dulce bondad, representa estar en el paraíso de los aviadores, un final feliz para los que soñamos con volver a vivir tras mucho tiempo sin vivir...
